Our story
It started with a communication gap Salesforce users shouldn't have to manage.
The team at 360 Degree Cloud saw businesses juggling customer conversations across multiple tools, creating inefficiencies and disconnected experiences. To solve it, they built a native messaging solution inside Salesforce for a customer. Demand grew quickly, and within a short time, that solution evolved into 360 SMS—a trusted AppExchange product helping businesses communicate, engage, and convert customers without leaving Salesforce.
